ADV®tray has been wildly used in crude oil atmospheric tower, the largest tower diameter is 9.9m. At the meantime, ZEHUA is the unique column internal company who applies structured packing to crude oil atmospheric tower. Crude oil atmospheric packing column is worth spreading, because it has advantages in low pressure drop, high separation efficiency, and high capacity.
1. Low pressure drop of atmospheric column provides the basis for increasing top recovery or lowering the temperature of flash section, thus crude oil atmospheric packing column has advantage of energy-saving effect;
2. Regard that packing tower has higher efficiency than tray tower in the crude oil atmospheric column, packing tower can reduce the boiling range of products and raise the yield;
