ZEHUA has revamped and designed 10 sets of furfural extraction columns with D-FlowTM extraction column technology, the largest tower diameter is 3m. Designed with D-FlowTM technology, both the efficiency and capacity of the furfural extraction column could increase much.
1. The extraction efficiency can be improved by 50% to 100%, and the capacity can be improved over 30%;
2. The yield of refined oil can be improved by 1% to 5%;
3. The solvent ratio can be reduced 10% to 30%, thus saving the energy consumption of whole unit.
