As one of the earliest column internal companies who designed the large vacuum columns on 1989 in China, ZEHUA possesses rich design experience in large crude oil vacuum column, the largest column diameter reaches to 11.65m.
1. High performance structured packing is applied, with advantages of high mass-transfer efficiency, low pressure drop, large capacity;
2. The optimized column internal structures ensure achieving packing performance;
3. One of the earliest column internal companies who engaged in structure optimization of flash section;
4. Based on CFD simulation, ZEHUA has made continual improvement in flash section design, to ensure the uniform distribution of gas and low entrainment;
5. Settle the coking and clogging problem effectively what usually happens in washing section;
6. Because of high efficiency in vertical space utilization, the column height can be reduced.
