D-FlowTM high performance extraction column technology (with granted patents) including packed column and ADE high efficiency LLE tray, which has been applied in many industrial units, such as furfural extraction, LPG Desulfuration, acetic acid dehydration by extraction in a PTA plant, aromatics extraction, etc. Compared with conventional extraction column, its efficiency could increase more than 30%, and capacity increase more than 50%.
1. Improve extraction efficiency through eliminating back mixing by 50% to 100%;
2. The bigger column diameter is, the more efficiency improved by D-FlowTM technology. So it is especially suitable for large extraction column;
