ZEHUA has profound comprehension in LPG desulfuration extraction process, which helps to get the accurate process simulation as the engineering design basis. ZEHUA has revamped and designed 6 sets of LPG desulfuration columns with D-Flow TM extraction column technology, the largest tower diameter is 3m.
1. Designed with D-Flow TM technology, H2S could be removed thoroughly in the desulfuration column, to meet the rigorous environmental requirement. The content of H2S in LPG is low to 5ppm after extraction.
2. The extraction efficiency can be improved by 50% to 100%, and the capacity can be improved over 30%;
3. In the cases of revamped LPG desulfuration columns by ZEHUA, the H2S content of refined LPG drops by 75%.
