We provide several kinds of training styles, so as to help newcomers to understand and adapt to the company’s atmosphere gradually. Meanwhile, we help elder employees to improve business level continuously, and increase experience through learning and communication to get progress.
Training to newcomers
We provide annul training for every newcomers, including: Company History, Culture, Business Profile, Working Procedure, Management System and Quality System.
On-the-job Training
Every staff members have opportunities to attend regular or irregular training courses that organized by company or different department. There are various courses to be chosen, such as professional courses in separation, distillation, new-bought software, etc, and group negotiations. Technicians have special site-training, which can enhance on-site engineering experience.
